Lifetime Guarantee ⁽¹⁾

To reduce radon gas levels below 4.0 pCi/L according to the EPA standards
*Axium ensures that annual average radon levels from soil gas meet safety standards based on NRPP-approved testing devices used for 2-90 days in your home. Common testing methods include charcoal canisters, alpha track, electret ion chambers, continuous monitors, and charcoal liquid scintillation. To maintain the warranty, testing must follow the EPA's guidelines ("A Citizen's Guide to Radon," EPA 402-K 02-006) biennially and be conducted by a licensed professional. If measurements exceed compliance levels, Axium will repair the system. However, this warranty excludes systems damaged by natural conditions, modifications, or improper handling. Our guarantee of reducing radon to below 4.0pC/L only applies if Axium fully installed the mitigation system. It does not cover passive-to-active conversions, unapproved repairs, or properties that cannot be fully sealed, including those with finished basements or inaccessible crawlspaces without proper vapor barriers. Workmanship Guarantee ⁽²⁾

To reduce radon gas levels and service the lifetime of your radon mitigation system in accordance with Indoor Environments Association (AARST), NRPP, & DORA.
*If the mitigation is not covered under Axium's Lifetime 4.0 Warranty, Axium will provide a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. This warranty covers the workmanship of the PVC pipe used to vent the radon gas and does not include the radon gas levels. This is due to factors outside of Axium's control, including, but not limited to, high water tables, substrate conditions, HVAC appliances, drain tile system, sump pump malfunctions, foundation wall faults, concrete slab cracks and joints, natural weather conditions, and overall home air tightness (stack effect). Although Axium's warranty does not encompass radon level coverage, our commitment to exceptional customer service remains unwavering.
